Maadhvi Patel

Maadhvi is the Sanlam Private Wealth (SPW) appointed Director for India Avenue. She is responsible for SPW’s strategic focus in Australia as well as managing it’s external stakeholders. Maadhvi has also held senior roles at OneVue, PwC and KPMG previously and understands the Australian financial services landscape thoroughly. Maadhvi is Head of Product & Strategy with a demonstrated history of working in the asset management industry. Strong business development professional skilled in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Tax Accounting, Financial Accounting, External Audit, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Louie Kortesis

Louie is a Partner at MWL Financial Group. He is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Cash Flow, Tax Preparation, Business Planning, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. Louie is a strong professional with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) majoring in Accounting from La Trobe University.

Micheal Couper

Michael Couper is a highly accomplished financial services professional with almost ten years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, capital raising, and financial product creation. Michael has a proven track record in M&A, where he has successfully led numerous high-stakes transactions to completion. His analytical skills and deep market insights enable him to create substantial value and drive impactful outcomes. Known for his exceptional professionalism, Michael excels at leading large, diverse teams through complex projects, fostering collaboration, and empowering team members to achieve their goals. With extensive international experience in both the USA and the APAC region, Michael possesses a nuanced understanding of diverse markets. His adaptable approach has been crucial in navigating cross-border transactions and maximizing global growth opportunities. In addition to his M&A expertise, Michael has successfully transacted over $1B AUD in real estate assets. He also contributes his insights and strategic guidance to multiple boards, driving growth and innovation across various organisations.

Roland Richen

Roland is a qualified CPA Financial Professional with extensive investment experience spanning investment management, research, and relationship management. He gained an in-depth understanding of investment principles through the management of several portfolios to top quartile performance, conducted research to enhance risk-adjusted returns, and managed engagements across both private, and institutional clients. Roland graduated from Caulfield Grammar School, after which he completed his Bachelor of Commerce in 2000 at LaTrobe University in Melbourne Australia. He started his career in 2001 in Accounting and Finance and completed his CPA qualification. After which he moved into Banking with the likes of Deutsche Bank, UBS Investment Bank, and Barclays Capital whilst living in London. Roland continued his journey in banking with UBS Investment Bank in New York and Connecticut, before returning to Australia in 2010. Here he added to his investment experience with UBS Wealth Management in their Investment Products and Services team and AustralianSuper, holding positions across Capital Markets, Investment Strategy and Portfolio Construction, before starting with Royce Capital in 2024.

Anna Navarro

Anna is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of global experience in Finance, Audit, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Business Operations. Anna has worked across organisations in Australia, United States, Canada, Bermuda, and the Philippines. Anna completed her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors, at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Anna qualified as a Chartered Accountant with CA ANZ in 2011. Anna is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and has completed the certificates in Company Secretary and Governance and Risk Management. Anna is also a qualified Standard Mental Health First Aider. Anna trained across the major accounting firms which included positions in Assurance and Business Advisory with PwC, KPMG and Deloitte. Anna held Financial Controlling roles with Western Asset Management Australia and River Capital prior to joining Royce Capital in 2024

Governance Officer

Leeanne Lukaitis

Leeanne has over 30 years in the banking and finance industry, working in management and leadership roles on reporting risk and compliance governance matters to the board and their sub committees and to the regulator. Leeanne has also worked with the appointed external auditors to meet AFSL obligations as well as managed the relationship with the external specialist service provider for risk and compliance. Leeanne completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting at RMIT University in Melbourne Australia and is an associate member of CPA Australia. Leeanne started her Banking and Finance career with the National Australia Bank prior to working in Credit Unions and Funds Management. Leeanne was the Director of Finance, the Company Secretary and named a Responsible Manager on the AFSL at U Ethical which has over $1.5 billion assets under management. Leeanne joined Royce Capital in 2024.
